Dr. Satish is our subject expert (Library & Information Science). He is currently working as an Assistant Professor & Head, Dept. of Library & Information Science, Sophia Girls’ College (Autonomous), Ajmer. He has more than 14 years of long academic and professional experiences and served his jobs in many reputed institutions such as Central University of Rajasthan, worked as Assistant Librarian, Librarian at S.P.U. (PG) College, Falna (Accredited ‘B’ Grade by NAAC & former Govt. aided college), District-Pali, Rajasthan, worked as Librarian at Chirawa (PG) College, Chirawa (Accredited ‘B+’ Grade by NAAC & former Govt. aided college), District – Jhunjhunu, Rajasthan etc.

Dr. Satish has a degree of M.A. in History from University of Rajasthan, Jaipur, Master of Library and Information Science (M.Lib. & Inf.Sc.) from IGNOU, New Delhi and qualified UGC-NET (Library and Information Science). In addition to it, Dr. Satish also has Post Graduate Diploma in Computer Applications (PGDCA), knowledge of SOUL 2.0 (Software for University Libraries), LIBSYS and KOHA (Open Source Library Management System) Software.

Dr. Satish also serves in various coaching institutions for preparing students for various competitions exams like – UGC-NET, Librarian Grade – III, KVS, and more…. and  he is still doing this as continues manner.
